The purpose of the forum is to combine the interdisciplinary efforts of researchers working in various fields of social and humanitarian knowledge, and to discuss the theoretical and methodological foundations of the influence of the archetypes of the collective unconscious on public administration.

The program framework of the forum has been defined by public administration issues related to the changes that will be experienced in the medium term by the Western European public space.

It is well known that the future of the European integration project, the scenarios and models of its closest development have always been the focus of European political leaders, statesmen and the scientific and expert community. For Ukraine, this issue has gained practical weight since September 2017, since the country was granted the status of an Associate Member of Europe.

The affinity of Ukraine and Europe, driven by common natural and geographical conditions and historical and cultural heritage, stimulates the aspirations and aspirations of Ukrainians to join the family of European Union countries. Instead, not only Ukraine has been absorbed by national and state-building processes. The European world has also recently been confronted with internal problems and external challenges, which once again led some experts to declare the decline of Europe.
