The Tenth International Theoretical and Methodological Seminar and
Seventh International Competition for Young Scientists “Archetypes and Public Administration: Strategies for Sustainable Development under the Conditions of Civilization Shifts”; Europe (Germany, Switzerland, France, Czech Republic, Poland) – Lviv, Ukraine ; April 29, May 11, 2019
The purpose of the forum is to combine the interdisciplinary efforts of researchers working in various fields of social and humanitarian knowledge, and to discuss the theoretical and methodological foundations of the influence of the archetypes of the collective unconscious on public administration.
The forum’s programmatic framework was defined by public administration issues related to the crisis of the global system of international security, the radical changes that the global security space will experience in the medium term, and the development of new approaches to ensuring security and sustainable development of countries and the world as a whole.
The increase in the scale and intensity of military conflicts, the increase in tension between states, the emergence of new zones of instability with an ever greater involvement of leading states in military confrontation – these dangerous trends are symptoms of a global collective security crisis that only worsen over time.
New challenges, threats, and, in particular, the deviant policy of Russia, destroy the architectonics of the security space established by the results of the Second World War, stimulate international collective security organizations (UN, NATO, EU, OSCE, etc.) and European countries to actually review today already inoperative security and sustainable development mechanisms.
What does European security rest on the threshold of radical change?
And what place will Ukraine occupy in it?
